Celebration of Leadership

Last week, the PLU community joined in celebrating the leadership students have displayed with the “Celebration of Leadership” recognition ceremony.
The following graduating students were inducted into the Pinnacle Society for exhibiting sustained leadership and service enriching PLU and the communities of the greater Tacoma area.

The following first-year students were recognized as part of the Emerging Leaders program for the leadership skills they have fostered as first-year students. They have shown a long term commitment to this program through participation in leadership workshops, community gatherings or the mentor program.

These inductees have all contributed extraordinary amounts of personal time and energy in order to make the residence halls on PLU’s campus more than a dorm.
