2009 PLU Business Plan Competition

It’s time for PLU students and alums to take the lead and aim for success as part of the 2009 PLU Business Plan Competition on April 18.
This year contestants are asked “How does your business encourage lives of thoughtful inquiry, service, leadership, and care – for other people, for their communities and for the earth?”
The Grand Prize package is worth more than $10,000. The winning team will be awarded a $7,500 cash prize to launch their new venture, an exhibit table at the Tacoma Business Expo, an exhibit table at the PLU Family Enterprise Institute’s Washington Family Business Forum and Awards, and the opportunity to present their business plan as a special guest in the PLU MBA State Farm Executive Leadership Series.
One or more members of each team, or individual contestant, must be a PLU alum or current PLU student. Up to 20 teams will be invited to compete.
To be considered, intent to compete forms must be completed and submitted to the School of Business by March 23.
