Women’s History Month: Celebrate her story at PLU

For Women’s History Month the events continue at PLU.

Next up, “That Takes Ovaries” celebrating bold and brazen women starting at 5:15 p.m. Friday, March 13 in the Scan Center of the UC.

Then from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 19 there will be a free field trip to visit the exhibit “Women’s Votes, Women’s Voices!” at the Washington State History Museum. Contact the Women’s Center to sign up for the trip.

Come celebrate inspiring women at the 13th Annual Inspirational Women’s Banquet from 5:15 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 31 in the CK of the UC. The banquet is free to students and a suggested $10 donation for others who attend.

Beforehand, celebrate women’s history by nominating a PLU woman who inspires you. She will be honored as one of PLU’s Bold and Brazen women at the banquet.
