Change your commute, save in the wallet

Faculty and staff - join thousands of others across the state and choose not to drive alone to work at least twice during Wheel Options, March 8-21. Then go to Pierce Trips, login to the Commute Calendar, and by tracking your commute trips you could win the $2,500 cash prize!
By using a Wheel Option - instead of driving alone – you reduce your carbon footprint and help curb climate change. In Washington, more than 45 percent of greenhouse gas emissions are associated with transportation. Wheel Options include: carpooling and vanpooling, riding the bus or train, bicycling or walking to work, working from home, or compressed work week schedule.
Of course, not everyone will win the cash grand prize, that’s why there are many other fantastic statewide and local Pierce County prizes, including weekend getaways, VISA gift cards, and your favorite merchant gift cards.
