Get a prize for living healthy

Human Resource Services will reward employees who lived a healthy lifestyle this past year.
To be eligible for the reward, simply fill out the Good Fit Wellness Survey forms for 2007-2008, available on the human resources Web site under downloadable forms. Answering “yes” to at least seven out of the 10 survey questions qualifies employees for the reward.
Staff and faculty can receive a Wellness Coupon for one personal day off with pay to be used by May 31, 2009, or a $35 certificate at Garfield Book Company at PLU. Faculty are only eligible to receive the bookstore certificate.
