Benefit concert features folk singer Michael Stern

The Office of Congregation Relations and Lutheran Volunteer Corps present folk musician Michael Stern in concert on Saturday, April 19 at 7 p.m. in Chris Knutzen Hall.

Stern is a composer and storyteller whose performances feature themes of healing, peace and justice. Eric Smith, William Limbach and Paul Robb will accompany Stern at the benefit concert.

All proceeds will benefit Lutheran Volunteer Corps, a national volunteer service program. It partners with full-time volunteers and over 100 social justice organizations and ministries in 12 U.S. cities.

The suggested donation is $10 for general admission and $5 for seniors and students. The concert is free to PLU students.
