Campus forums on PLU’s general education program

The Ad Hoc Steering Committee on General Education continues its work to develop specific plans of a general education program.
While we know there will be differences in these specific plans, there is enough overlap in the general approach that we have begun drafting language that can frame PLU’s approach to general education.
This language would serve as a preamble to the general education program. What we would like now is your feedback on this draft of framing language for PLU’s general education program.
We will hold two more forums: Tuesday, Oct. 2, from noon to 1:15 p.m. in the CK West; and Wednesday, Oct.3 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. in the UC 133.
These campus forums are open to all students, faculty, and staff.
