Strawberries, songs and skits

Cover ice cream with locally grown organic strawberries at the Strawberry Fruit Festival June 20 at 11:30 a.m. in Red Square.
The annual event includes a high-energy show put on by Cowboy Buck and Elizabeth. The duo developed a program called “education through entertainment,” which uses songs and skits to portray positive messages related to safety, self-esteem, respect, teamwork and the environment.
Dessert is free with a PLU I.D., and it will cost $2.50 without one. The entertainment is free.
