Nominees sought for staff, administrator award

Human Resource Services will be accepting nominations for the annual Distinguished Staff/Administrator Award through Friday, Nov. 10.

The award recognizes up to four staff and administrators who have made outstanding performance contributions during the year. Award recipients will be selected for the following kinds of contributions:
  • Improving and sustaining improvements to customer service practices
  • Substantial enhancements to the quality of work or campus life that makes a difference for colleagues and constituents
  • Promoting interdepartmental teamwork, improving communication, and inspiring commitment and productivity
  • Developing creative solutions that result in more effective and efficient university operations, which may also result in cost savings to the university
Members of the Administrative Staff Council will evaluate the nominations, and the President’s Council will review and approve the finalists. The recipients will receive an honorarium of $500 and be honored at the holiday luncheon for faculty, administrators, staff and retirees on December 14.
